Chief Financial OfficerJayne is a Chartered Accountant with over 15 years of experience across accounting, tax and financial management.
Earlier in her career, she worked as a business analyst within Finance Client Services at Roy Morgan Research. She subsequently moved into professional accounting services, holding roles at GMK Partners and later Deloitte Private, where she developed broad experience in financial reporting, compliance and advisory.
Jayne oversees financial reporting, compliance, fund accounting and capital administration across the Group’s investment activities. She maintains detailed oversight of capital flows and reporting frameworks, ensuring accuracy, transparency and disciplined financial control - the foundations that support effective execution and realised outcomes.
For Jayne, accuracy is essential to performance. Financial integrity provides the foundation that enables capital to be deployed with confidence and outcomes to be delivered as intended.
Jayne holds a Graduate Diploma of Chartered Accounting, a Master of Accounting and a Bachelor of Business (Marketing).

Development DirectorJason is Development Director at Panplan, the Group’s in-house delivery partner, bringing over 30 years of experience across residential, commercial, retail, government and community property sectors.
He leads the execution of development-backed investments from acquisition through to completion, integrating feasibility discipline, design oversight and delivery management. Jason is known for coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing complex projects with clarity, control and accountability.
His experience spans the full development lifecycle — including master planning, planning approvals, design management, procurement and construction delivery — supported by a strong understanding of development financial performance.
For Jason, disciplined execution is central to performance. Delivery is where strategy becomes tangible and where investment objectives are ultimately realised.
Jason holds a Bachelor of Science in Building and a Master of Entrepreneurship and Innovation from Swinburne University.

Co-Founder & Executive DirectorWith more than 35 years of experience in real estate and property investment, Lance brings deep operational and delivery expertise across property development and asset management.
Raised within a multi-generational family business, Lance developed an early appreciation for long-term value creation and disciplined capital deployment.
Following his relocation to Melbourne in 2010, Lance expanded the family’s property interests into Australia, successfully leading the acquisition and delivery of significant residential developments. He is closely involved in acquisition, feasibility, design oversight and execution - with a consistent focus on quality, integrity and outcome.
Lance believes that real estate investment ultimately translates into lived experience, and that every project should deliver homes that enhance the lives of those who occupy them.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Building from the University of the Witwatersrand.

Co-Founder & Group Managing DirectorWith more than 30 years of senior leadership experience in investment banking and financial services, Les brings executive depth across capital structuring, funding and property investment.
Before co-founding CCIG, Les held senior leadership roles at Rand Merchant Bank and Caterpillar Financial Australia. At Rand Merchant Bank, he led Investment Banking for Africa and was responsible for large-scale capital structuring and strategic transaction leadership.
Originally trained as an engineer, Les brings analytical precision and disciplined judgement to capital strategy and oversight. He provides executive leadership across sophisticated capital solutions.
For Les, finance is the building block through which ideas are created and delivered.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical (Industrial) Engineering, a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering, a Master of Business Administration, all from the University of the Witwatersrand, and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD)
